• Created successful fundraising strategies which achieved 90% of our campaign goal within the first two weeks of launching. 

• Regulated and overviewed costs of each department to stay within the budgetary parameters.

• Assembled crew members and established clear communication methods for smooth production.

• Planned and executed all items needed for the production and anticipated challenges to ensure a successful run throughout build days and Principal Photography.

• Drafted and distributed contracts and CDMs for all members of the crew as well as necessary documents before Principal Photography.

• Sourced all needed materials for the film and filed all transactions and made sure returns and rentals were on time.
