Paloma Carpio Marion (she/her) is a dedicated producer and coordinator. Born and raised in Lima, Peru, she transferred to Chicago to further develop her passion for film. As an international student herself, she enjoys telling and being part of stories that reflect different cultures and that highlight the beauty and challenges when different traditions come together. Representation and diversity in the industry are one of the main things she advocates for. She believes that with new and different points of view the stories we tell become richer and with a greater depth.

Carpio Marion graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Film and TV concentrating on Production. She finished her studies with the highest distinction and an exceptional body of work. Since graduating, she began working within the Production Department in a wide variety of productions ranging from TV series, features, and short films. In these opportunities, she has played a fundamental role in the industry, bringing more diversity and representation within the production while also maintaining a high level of professionalism.
