Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Balanced the Production's Budget and managed each department's budget spending, including contingencies.

  • Secured locations and communicated with home owners to arrange for tech scouts and any needs the production may have during pre-production or filming.

  • Effectively organized the Production's schedule, considering one company moves, two locations, within a single 12 hour day of shooting.

  • Drafted and distributed pertinent paperwork to Cast and Crew members, such as Crew Deal Memos and contracts.

  • Administered catering and craft services for all Cast and Crew members, taking into consideration dietary restrictions.

  • Facilitated communication between departments by running Production Meetings and broadcasting pertinent announcements.

  • Handled and choreographed over 20 extras.

  • Anticipated challenges and efficiently problem solved them while staying on schedule and on budget. 

  • Prepared and distributed Call Sheets to all crew members for Principal Photography.
