Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Arranged Production's schedule, from make-up tests, Art Dept. Prep and Principal Photography's shooting schedule.

• Evaluated Production's challenges by making a thorough script breakdown.

• Facilitated communication between departments by running Production Meetings and broadcasting pertinent announcements.

• Managed to keep Production on Schedule, considering that set was outside of the 30-Mile Zone.

• Anticipated challenges and was prepared to adjust schedule to make the day.

• Conducted daily Safety Meetings to ensure the well-being of cast and crew members.

• Administered transportation plans for all cast and crew, to and back from set.

• Supervised the Production Reports and Call Sheets sent out by the 2nd AD.
